I wanted to formally thank you for the outstanding support and guidance you have provided to me over the last couple of days. You have been clear and patient throughout and your help has resulted in me feeling empowered and able to undertake a daunting and time consuming task in a much more professional and systematic manner than would otherwise have been the case!

Thank you for all your hard work over the last couple of days, the transfer from our Macs to Windows all seems to have gone very smoothly and we are loving our new laptops and the fact that we can save documents into SharePoint very easily!
